She is managing lab chemicals and equipment administration, research / characterization registration, ITNANO products marketing and lead the team members in problem solving.
​Her work mainly focusing on various nanomaterials synthesis, preparation of hydrogels and aerogels based materials, and its composites, including designing an coordinating preparation for products, experimental design and data analysis.
Riska graduated in Chemistry major - Universitas Negeri Medan in 2023. Her work focuses on preparation of aerogel based nanomaterials for solar-assisted steam generation, desalination, photocatalytic and photo-fenton reaction.

Durrah is a fresh graduate from the Department of Chemistry, Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU), Class of 2025. She focuses on nanocellulose and its derivatives, including isolation, synthesis, and characterization for cellulose-based material applications
She focuses on supercapacitor and coin cell research, including the preparation of supercapacitor electrodes, coin cell assembly, and electrochemical performance testing.
Jhon focuses on product synthesis and ensures that the final products meet established quality control standards. He is responsible for monitoring product quality, conducting testing, and evaluating synthesis results to maintain product consistency and reliability.
